„One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.“

This saying may sound trite, but it is so incredibly effective, especially if you remind yourself of it regularly and make sure to have a crystal clear focus and a positive and constructive mindset.

If you know and hold your focus – your positive goal image – and connect it with your feeling, your emotions, you will be more successful, more satisfied, feel lighter and more comfortable in your life, and therefore healthier in the long run.

Pay attention to the thoughts with which you start your day! Do they promote your wellbeing – wonderful! Are they rather hindering, set an intention for the day that you really want, so that you feel well.

What we focus on amplifies!

Do not underestimate the power of your thoughts!

1. observe yourself: Is your focus/mindset fixed or open and allowing for growth?

If we limit ourselves, usually unconsciously, to one view or conclusion, e.g. “That didn't work out last time, then I won't be able to do it again this time”, we are not only making ourselves small, but also closing the door to being able to think of other possibilities and also act on them.

We can learn to develop a growth mindset: a mindset that provides multiple options and enables growth and development.

Reframing your previous views! Give yourself a different frame, a positive one that provides you with more options.

Consider: what else is possible? What other options do I have? How could things get better now?

2. Ask questions rather than searching for answers!

What do I really want for myself? What are my goals that I want to achieve? What do I want to do today to achieve my goals? What is good for me? Set an intention for your ideal day.

3. Feel free to broaden your focus.

You can also take it a step further and ask yourself: what goals do I want to achieve in my life?

4. Notice how it feels to you.

If the idea of a situation, a vision, or even a question feels easy, go that way. If it feels hard, let it go.
