Anchor Method

Resilient even in challenging situations: The anchor method.

The anchor method makes it possible to recall positive feelings that have already been experienced at any time by consciously setting an anchor. This is particularly useful for people with test anxiety who want to overcome blockages before exams or while studying. Regular use of this method increases its effectiveness.

The anchor method is based on the principle of stimulus-response coupling, in which a specific stimulus is linked to positive resources such as emotions, skills, attitudes and values. By specifically linking these elements, the desired positive feelings can be activated at any time.
