Getting through the day more energetically with simple breathing techniques and calming our bodies in challenging situations and staying able to act – sounds too good to be true?

That's what we thought, too, and we've been proven wrong. On the basis of numerous scientific studies, but above all through practical experience.

We use the “Yogi Espresso” – because with more energy, many things are so much easier. No wonder, given the good portion of fresh oxygen. Simply consciously inhale faster instead of exhaling makes it possible.

How it works:

Inhale for four seconds – hold your breath for four seconds – exhale for 6 seconds – pause briefly and start again.

After just ten repetitions, we start the day more relaxed in the morning and stay more relaxed during the day.

As with everything, it's the regular practice that makes the difference and brings the big effect!
