We want all students in learning situations to love their studies. Here you will find inspiration to successfully learn with ease and joy. Realize your full potential by strengthening and maintaining your mental and emotional wellbeing.

We advise you on how to promote or maintain your mental strength and emotional balance by yourself, via possible workshops and under guidance, with the help of field-tested and scientifically based techniques:

  • - we advise you which methods from the toolbox are the most suitable for your individual concerns.
  • - we enable you to directly experience the effect of individual methods, such as the mental resonance method, with which you can release emotional blockades such as exam anxiety, and many more.

Current Workshops

Feeling good all around – mentally, emotionally and physically – is something we can do with ease in relaxed situations. In our studies and everyday life, especially in difficult situations, we experience stress faster, more frequently and more intensely. For example, in studies due to exam anxiety or stress, in everyday life, as well as in class due to too many and complex demands that are placed on us at the same time. In the long term, this can lead to impairment or even loss of our health.

The most powerful impact on our capabilities to deal with our thoughts and emotions in stressful or time sensitive situations is to increase our mental strength and emotional balance. You learn in this workshop how to focus in the right moment, so you can let go of your stress in front of challenging tasks. We experience together small tools with a big impact! They are science-based or at least field-tested.

Event goals:

At the end of the event you will have…

  • Basic knowledge, what happens in your body by having stress and how you can avoid it
  • Several tools and techniques to prevent stress and time challenges in your daily and work life
  • Experienced effective techniques and approaches for greater mental stability
  • Practiced focusing methods such as breathing techniques, visualization and meditation

No special requirements needed.

Community

Perhaps you have participated in a program on mental strength, emotional balance, health or wellbeing at the TU Darmstadt or you offer something on these topics for students, teaching staff or colleagues and would like to get

more inspiration, more tools, more exchange or more networking within the TU Darmstadt – we think that's great!

You can get all that and much more here.

For a feel-good start to the week, we always send out an inspiration on Mondays (in the “Inspirations” forum). This can be a meditation, relaxation or breathing exercise, saying, mantra, song, impulse, new offer at TU or similar.

We invite you to become part of our community.

Write to and we will be happy to include you in the community!
