We all know moments when we feel insecure, self-critical or full of doubt – especially when we are studying, when we have high expectations of ourselves or when perfectionism characterises our thinking. Perhaps you think your achievements are just a coincidence or the result of teamwork and question your abilities. Using the example of impostor syndrome, we will look at how such inner obstacles arise and how they can hold you back. Together, we will develop strategies to strengthen your self-esteem, reduce self-doubt and gain more self-confidence from insecurities. With new perspectives, practical exchanges and a ‘growth mindset’, we create a space in which you can rediscover your strengths and utilise them in a targeted manner.
Learning objectives:
- Understanding the impostor mindset together.
- Find out how these mindsets affect your studies and personal development
- Develop practical strategies to overcome self-doubt and gain more self-confidence.
- Creating a safe space for dialogue and mutual support.
