Wellbeing & Health for Teaching Staff

We want all teaching staff to love their teaching in all teaching situations. Here you will find inspiration to teach with ease and joy. Use your full potential by strengthening and maintaining your mental and emotional wellbeing.

We advise you on how to promote or maintain your mental strength and emotional balance by yourself, by means of possible workshops and under guidance, with the help of field-tested and scientifically based techniques:

  • we advise you which methods from the toolbox are the most suitable for your individual concerns.
  • we enable you to directly experience the effect of individual methods, such as the mental resonance method, with which you can release emotional blockages such as exam anxiety, and many more.
  • we advise you which workshops can be particularly effective for you.

More mental strength for your students – can be integrated directly into your course with short interactive units

Students are under a lot of pressure – exams, high expectations and self-doubt can affect their motivation and performance. Would you like to support your students in dealing with these challenges confidently and remaining resilient even in stressful times, but there is usually no time for this in everyday teaching? By prior arrangement, we are happy to supplement your course with a short, interactive session (approx. 10-30 minutes) that can significantly boost mental and emotional well-being.

After prior consultation with you, we will come to your course and implement a customised, scientifically sound and tried-and-tested strategy with the students – close to everyday life, low-threshold and directly in the learning environment. In each unit, the focus is on experiencing and learning a specific method combined with a brief overview of other helpful support offers outside of courses. You are doing good in several ways: you are creating a space for valuable impulses for more self-confidence in your studies and expressing your interest in the well-being of the students.
