Do you value a lively culture of communication in a wide variety of contexts, such as in teams, working groups or in the context of personal dialogs?
This workshop provides you with tools to help shape such a culture.
The aim here is to recognize upsets or misunderstandings among yourself and others in good time, to clear them up and thus prevent conflicts.
What you can expect:
- You will learn about the model of non-violent communication:
Definition, origin, goals and areas of application - You will learn the difference between empathic and non-violent communication
- You will test the four steps of non-violent communication in practice:
- Active listening
- Observing instead of interpreting
- Perceiving your own feelings
- Making a clear request
