Whether things are going well or not, reflecting and giving feedback can always create a constructive foundation in a team.

Do you know it too? Together with other students you form a group to work on a problem together. Especially if you work together for a longer period of time, this can occasionally lead to various challenges in groups and teams.

Feedback is often underestimated, but it is an effective way to sound out the current status in the team, to show praise and appreciation or to express dissatisfaction. And not only in studies, but also in professional life! It is an important basis for constructive reflection processes.

Especially when things are not going well in a team, the right feedback at the right time can help to get back into a solution-oriented flow. Misunderstandings are prevented, conflicts are cleared up and needs, feelings and wishes can be communicated in a goal-oriented way.

How should we give feedback? Are there certain rules? How do I give feedback and how do I accept it? And what does (self-)reflection have to do with it? We want to answer these questions together in the training.
