- Dealing with fears and blockages
- Managing own beliefs and external performance pressures
- Increasing well-being
- Promoting social closeness – despite the distance caused by the pandemic

- Impulses
- Testing of various breathing and mental techniques, physical exercises and strategies
- Exchange of experiences and discussion
- Individual reflection, reflection in small groups
