A lot is demanded of us in our studies. You are not alone in this. Pressure to perform, exams, homework… and all of that on time and on schedule – just the normal everyday routine – but no matter, let's move on, next week it's back to business as usual, right?

We say: No way! And also happiness research shows that besides a predisposition for well-being of about 50%, our life circumstances only account for about 10% of how we feel. We determine the rest! Mainly by where we direct our attention. Thus, we always and everywhere carry with us 40% margin to make the best of everything that happens. Possibilities for improvement are offered to us every day, everywhere and several times.

In the training we learn together to recognize these opportunities, to use them and to transform them into something positive in order to live and study contentedly, reflectively and consciously. With interesting, fun and creative exercises you learn to know yourself better and to be present in the moment. You'll identify your goals and values and experience the best tricks, tips and exercises that contribute to self-directed living and your well-being.

Goals:

  • The participants learn the theoretical background of life art and positive psychology.
  • The participants learn about the discrepancies between their actual and ideal state of their life areas and find possible ways to achieve their ideal distribution
  • The participants come to terms with their personal character strengths and learn to value, use and develop them in everyday life.
  • The participants get to know the meaning of goal setting and go in search of their own meaning in life.
  • The participants learn different exercises that they can continue to use in everyday life and how they can make them a habit.

  • Self-determined life design: background and practical exercise + implementation in everyday life
  • Self-knowledge: finding your own character strengths + application and expansion in everyday life
  • Meaning: Background on meaning and goal achievement and practical exercise
