Mental Resonance – a Practical Method for Mental Strength

Use the method of mental resonance to master challenging situations in your (work) everyday life with mental strength. Many people know insecurity, doubts or fears in one situation or another. Cognitively, the right answers, tips and behaviors to cope with challenging everyday scenarios are mostly known. Nevertheless, emotionally we often feel bad about it. The method of mental resonance offers an easy-to-learn approach to dissolve cognitive and emotional patterns that have developed in oneself in order to act in a strengthened and self-confident manner. You will learn about this effective mental training and can try it out for yourself under guidance in the workshop. After the workshop, if you wish, you can take advantage of a one-hour individual coaching session to directly solve individual challenging situations.

Participants…

  • will be able to solve challenging situations in their everyday (work) life independently using the mental resonance method and thus change obstructive thought and behavior patterns in their brain,
  • can appear self-confident and unfold their potential in their role,
  • can positively face hurdles and challenges in (work) everyday life in the future and use them for themselves.

  • Interplay of cognitive and emotional processes based on the current findings of brain research.

  • Presentation and discussion in the plenum
  • Releasing thought and behavior patterns in the brain by means of mental training in group and individual coaching sessions
