Would you like to learn how to collaborate with other students in a more conscious and reflective manner? Our training in Key Skills may be just right for you:

We offer you practical approaches to action, based on theories of Positive Psychology linked to diversity work, which you can apply directly during your studies. Develop new perspectives, strengthen your self-efficacy and promote open, supportive cooperation. We will help you value diversity and increase your well-being through positive approaches.

What you can expect:

  • You will understand the general approach of Positive Psychology and the way it can impact your personal wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
  • You will learn the model of salutogenesis, in which health and illness are understood as a continuum.
  • You will get to know dimensions of diversity and how they relate to health.
  • You will investigate concepts of stigmatization and self-stigmatization.
  • You will try employing empowerment approaches for everyday life.

Why participate:

The training shows very practical approaches that can positively change the way we work and live together at the university.
