Both in studies and in professional life, projects can come in the form of longer-term and complex tasks. The goals and assignments are not always clearly defined, and risks can also be difficult to assess in advance. So how can projects be successfully planned, executed and completed without losing track of the big picture in between? What needs to be considered before the project starts and how can the project be managed?

We will deal with all these questions together and you will learn how to master a project successfully.
