Durch den gegenseitigen Besuch ('peer') von Fachtutor*innen im eigenen Tutorium erhalten Sie Einblicke in die Gestaltung anderer Tutorien. Gleichzeitig geben Sie sich untereinander Feedback zu Ihrem Lehrverhalten. Dadurch erlernen Sie weitere Gestaltungswege und können Ihr eigenes Lehrverhalten reflektieren. Um gut für die Peer-Hospitation gerüstet zu sein, erhalten Sie in einem etwa zweistündigen Workshop entsprechendes Material und eine Anleitung.
